33

I turn 33 today.

There are no big celebration plans. The people I would want to celebrate with aren’t nearby today, so plans are being put on hold a bit. More importantly, I’m going to take some time today to nurse torn cartilage in my right shoulder, which I injured Friday (on a day off work, mind you).

Other than the shoulder, I can’t complain: I got some great books and ties for my birthday, spent some time at the zoo, my fantasy football team is winning and some new help is starting today at work (by the way, if you want a free flu shot this weekend, let me know and I’ll give you details).

To my friends and family, my loved ones and liked ones (hell, even to my enemies), thanks to another year. This truly is a happy day.
